Grown at a high altitude in the mountainous region of San Andres Lempira, Fredy hand picks the ripened cherry and de pulps the product the same day. The first coffee producers began farming in this region in the 1990's inspired by older producers in surrounding communities, amongst mountains that hold historical and cultural significance as Lempira, a national hero, successfully defended the land against Spanish conquerors. Fredy's coffee presents notes of Cherry, Dark Chocolate, and Peach.
