Do I qualify for a wholesale account?

For customers frequently ordering four or more bags at a time, it's time to get you a wholesale account with a Sales Representative. For those ordering smaller quantities, we recommend continuing with the online offering.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

If you are ready to apply for a wholesale account, please email info@langdoncoffee.com.au, and the team will assist with getting you set up as soon as possible.

How will orders arrive if I order online?

For customers ordering our 15kg Limited Edition Cartons, these will arrive with Australia Post. For those ordering Full Bags (between 30kg and 70kg bags), these are shipped from our warehouse and will arrive on a skid pallet.

*Note we are also able to offer deliveries on CHEP Pallets if you have an account and are able to exchange at time of delivery.

Is it possible to get samples?

Due to the amount of sample requests we get on a weekly basis, we can only fulfil sample requests for wholesale customers ordering four bags or more. If you are a smaller customer, have no fear, we are more than happy to answer any and all questions in order to provide you with the information you need to make decisions. How do I know when to contact LCM about new harvest stock?

Great question! We have a great Planning Guide, that outlines the general information for each origin about harvest, shipping and when to contact us! There is even a PDF downloadable version so you always have a copy to refer to!

Are there freight charges for online orders?

Yes. Unfortunately freight charges continue to increase. However LCM does subsidise the flat rates that appear in your cart at checkout, to lessen the costly burden.

Am I able to collect my order from your warehouse?

Absolutely, not a problem at all.

*Please note at time of collection from the warehouse, you will need to follow all site protocols (which is provided with collection information via email when order is processed).

What is your minimum order quantity for delivery?

A single bag is all you need to purchase for us to deliver!!!
