Located in the South of Ethiopia is Suke Quto, Guji Shakiso, which is in fact a part of the Oromia Region. Most residents located in this area speak Oromo, an entirely different dialect from the main language most commonly spoken across Ethiopia; Amharic.
Guji is renowned for its distinct acidity that is forwardly present in each coffee profile from this area. The cup not only represents the characteristics of the area, but Guji coffee is meticulously cultivated in ways that pay homage to centuries old traditions that preserve the cultural tapestry of the area.
