In 2014, Senel Campos founded the Don SenelMicromill, in the micro region of Chirripo. Situated between two towering mountains, Cerra de la Muerte and Cerra Chirripo, this coffee is harvested from a small corner of the 8 hectare farm, called Monos de Piedra. The naturally processed coffee has refreshing and distinct notes of Watermelon and a sweetness akin toAgave Nectar, making it a cup with an exceptional flavour experience.
