In 2014, Senel Campos founded the Don Senel Micromill, in the micro region of Chirripo. Situated between two towering mountains, Cerra de la Muerte and Cerra Chirripo, this coffee is harvested from a small corner of the 8 hectare farm, called Monos de Piedra. The naturally processed coffee has refreshing and distinct notes of Watermelon and a sweetness akin to Agave Nectar, making it a cup with an exceptional flavour experience.
