Andrés Trujillo is a natural at producing naturals. Due to the climate, naturally processed coffees are relatively difficult to process in Colombia, making Andrés one of a minority of smallholders who have chosen to go down the route of producing naturals. With a smooth body, this coffee has delicious notes of watermelon and a lingering chocolate aftertaste, completing this well rounded and clean cup.
