About the Producer
Coming from a coffee-producing family, Gerardo worked alongside his father until going at it alone in 2017. Alongside farming dairy cattle, he originally planned on producing conventional coffee before deciding to try his hand at specialty coffee in 2018.
Another producer who came to us as a contributor to our Santa Barbara Natural Parainema blend in 2023, Gerardo grows exclusively Parainema and is motivated by a determination to one day compete and succeed at the Cup of Excellence competition. We're excited to now offer his coffee as a separated microlot.
