TASTING NOTES: Orange, Black Tea, Stone Fruit
PROCESS: Washed
VARIETAL: Caturra, Bourbon

In 1958, Jorge Vides, founded Finca La Bolsa, a coffee plantation located in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. Then covered in forest, he proceeded to cultivate Bourbon and Caturra varietals. Now a third generation of producers, with his grandson Renado Ovalle, Vides is still a company passionate about innovation, precision, and quality. With a passion for humanitarian work, Jorge Vides founded a school in 1980 that still runs on the farm land to this day.

Under inga trees, these shade grown coffee trees are approximately 20 years old. With a gentle lingering sweetness and black tea like body, this well balanced cup with additional flavours of orange and stone fruit represent the quality that the Vides family produce every season.
