This coffee has been sourced from the farms of the Corella Brothers, who together have a total of 50 hectares dedicated to coffee production. This farm is located in the sub region of Naranjo de Dota, in Tarrazu.
Together, Mauricio, Marvin and Greving are committed to only picking perfectly ripe cherries to create more complexity in the cup. Once picked, the cherries are taken to Palmichal Mill, where they are processed and dried mechanically at temperatures not exceeding 37.5ºC.
