This family farmed coffee is harvested between 1000masl – 140masl, with the farmers focusing on creating smaller lots with unique flavours. FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza), translating to Environmental Fortress Farm, is a collection of small family farmers who selectively handpick their cherries, and dry the parchment on terraces next to their houses to keep a close eye.
